SERVIX (Scientific Midwivery Exhibition) is one of the work program ARMABI (Keluarga Mahasiswa Kebidanan), Faculty of Medicine Universitas Brawijaya, SERVIX is national event which drafted into a seminar that discusses special topics on obstetrics and other health sciences. SERVIX also contains a series of scientific competitions consisting of KTI-GT, Public poster, and essay with the theme “Improving  Familly Role, Making A Good Quality Generation”. The seminar was the highlighy of the SERVIX event and held at Hallroom Graha Kartika hotel in Malang.

SERVIX is held every year to be a place to develop khowledge of midwifery students and critical attitude of midwifery students to be professionalism midwifery. The event lasted for 3 day, on 3-5 November 2017 consisting of Welcoming Party for delegates, Scientific Competitions, Farewall Party for delegates, and Seminar SERVIX 2017. Participants of the seminar reached 350 from Institutions in Indonesia,health wolkers, and health educators.

The event was held from 06.45 to 13.15 WIB with some speakers we invited, Dr. Nurul Muslihah, SP, M.Kes, Dr. Wiwin Hendriani, M. Si, Mrs. Jehanara, SST, M.Keb and with Guest Star Dr.Rizal Alaydruz, CNN. The speakers is a master who is very expert in his field. Each speaker gets about 30 minutes to speak the material and 5-15 minutes for quaetion and answer.

The theme in this semiinar is ” Improving  Familly Role, Making A Good Quality Generation”, so the committee makes a seminar consept adapted to the background and discipline applied by the speaker. In this seminar the participants on time, this shows the enthusiasm of the participants to attend the seminar.

Prospective health workers including midwives need motivations and encouragement from someone extraordinary health personnel as stock to continue pursue education for the creation of health workers who are smart, professional and can contribute in order to advance the health sciences especially in Indonesia.
