Pada hari Sabtu, tepatnya tanggal 20 November 2021 telah dilaksanakan event Delegation Training Days (DTD) oleh himpunan keluarga mahasiswa kebidanan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya (ARMABI FKUB). DTD merupakan salah satu program kerja yang berada dibawah naungan departemen eksternal. Acara ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan organisasi kebidanan diluar FKUB serta menumbuhkan minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi perwakilan delegasi pada kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh IKAMABI. Tema yang diangkat pada acara DTD 2021 kali ini adalah “Build a Relation and Giving an Experience in Each Others”. Rangkaian DTD diawali dengan adanya penyampaian materi dan sharing pengalaman dari narasumber serta dilanjutkan dengan diskusi kasus pada Breakout Room yang didampingi oleh fasilitator. Dalam menyelenggarakan acara Delegation Training Days, kami mengundang perwakilan dari AOMKI, IKAMABI Nasional dan IKAMABI Wilayah IV Jawa timur sebagai narasumber, yaitu:

• Paraningtyas Aulia Ilmi menjabat sebagai Staff Divisi Pendidikan AOMKI 2020-2021
• Irfaninda Putri Imroatul Azizah menjabat sebagai Wakil Sekretaris Jenderal Eksternal IKAMABI Nasional 2021-2022
• Ni Komang Yeni Patma Sari menjabat sebagai Koordinator Wilayah IKAMABI Jawa Timur 2020-2021

Masing-masing narasumber menjelaskan mengenai struktur organisasi, alur pendaftaran menjadi pengurus, memberi gambaran keuntungan menjadi delegasi, berbagi pengalaman selama menjabat sebagai pengurus serta memotivasi peserta untuk tidak melewatkan kesempatan menjadi delegasi. Selain itu, terdapat sesi talk show dengan menampung beberapa pertanyaan dari peserta yang tentunya antusias dalam mengikuti DTD 2021. Agenda terakhir yaitu case discussion, peserta dibagi menjadi  kelompok kecil pada break out room dengan didampingi oleh 1 orang fasilitator. Pada setiap break out room membahas suatu kasus yang berbeda, diskusi berjalan dengan baik dan peserta juga aktif dalam berpendapat. Hasil diskusi yang sudah dibahas kemudian dipresentasikan oleh salah satu perwakilan kelompok. Rangkaian DTD 2021 tidak berhenti disini, selanjutnya akan ada wawancara calon delegasi dan nantinya akan terpilih 10 orang yang mewakili Kebidanan FK UB pada kegiatan IKAMABI tahun 2022. Dengan terselenggaranya DTD 2021 diharapkan mahasiswa Sarjana Kebidanan FK UB mampu melanjutkan estafet kepengurusan IKAMABI sehingga program studi Sarjana Kebidanan FK UB dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya baik Nasional maupun Regional.

On Saturday, November 20, 2021, the Delegation Training Days (DTD) event was held by the family association of midwifery students from the Faculty of Medicine, Brawijaya University (ARMABI FKUB). DTD is one of the work programs under the auspices of the external department. This event was held with the aim of introducing midwifery organizations outside of FKUB as well as fostering student interest in becoming delegate representatives in activities organized by IKAMABI. The DTD series began with the delivery of material and sharing of experiences from resource persons and continued with case discussions in the Breakout Room accompanied by a facilitator. In organizing the Delegation event Training Days, we invite representatives from AOMKI, National IKAMABI and IKAMABI Region IV East Java as speakers, that is:

Each speaker explain about organizational structure, registration process to become an administrator, give an overview profit Becomes delegate, sharing their experience while serving as an administrator and motivate participants not to miss the opportunity to become delegates. In addition, there is a talk show session that accommodates several questions from participants definitely enthusiastic in participate in DTD 2021. The last agenda is a case discussion, participants are divided into small groups at break out room accompanied by 1 person facilitator. In each break out room discussing a different case, the discussion went well and the participants were also active in expressing their opinion. The results of the discussions that have been discussed are then presented by a group representative. The series of DTD 2021 does not stop here, then there will be interviews of prospective delegates and 10 people will be selected to represent Midwifery FK UB at the IKAMABI event in 2022.With the implementation of the 2021 DTD, it is hoped that the Bachelor of Midwifery students of FK UB will be able to continue the relay of IKAMABI management so that the Bachelor of Midwifery study program of FK UB can maintain its existence both nationally and regionally.
